All our exotic skin products (i.e. Nile Crocodile, Alligator, Python) will be supplied with a CITIES Certificate issued by the Western Cape Nature Department, certifying origin of respective skins.

Please take note of our suggested guidelines for maintaining your item. The following suggestions will help preserve the original quality of your purchase, so you can enjoy it for years to come.

The best way to care for an exotic leather accessory is to simply keep it clean and dry. Do not use cleaning or conditioning products designed for cow leather; such products will damage most exotic leathers.

Ideally, you should clean your alligator, crocodile or other exotic leather accessory every few months with a clean damp cloth or with a cleaner specifically intended for such exotic leathers.

When not in use, it is important to keep your exotic leather item relatively cool and dry. If used infrequently, you should also take care that the leather (any leather) item is stored in a natural unstressed position.

Because all of the exotic skins used in our collection are real, they may vary in colour.

The Safari Club will accept items for exchange only in a case where problems with quality are found.

Please note that your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your return is processed.  We will notify you as to the exchange shipping date or of a refund/credit that will be issued.

Please contact  regarding all repairs. We will offer complimentary repair service on any item purchased for one year after purchase, provided the fault is not due to accidental damage. For repairs on products over a year old, please include your receipt as proof of the original date of purchase and we will send you a quote via e-mail.  Repairs are subject to the availability of the original parts used in the piece.

We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant to us that all data provided by you is accurate.
